Faqs - Additive-x

As 2020 was such an eventful year, we wanted to show how we have evolved since 1986 and how we intend to continue looking forward as a company. We are still the same old (and some not so old) faces.

Additive-X defined; “X” links to our 30 years+ as “Express” Terminals and “Express” Group. “Additive” positions us in the additive manufacturing industry. Combined “Additive-X” embodies our collective drive to add value and do eXtra for our customers.

You’ll find us nestled between the rolling North Yorkshire Dales and heather coated North Yorkshire Moors in Ripon, one of the oldest cities in England with a tradition for Hornblowing dating back to 886AC. We are well located, close to the A1M which makes visiting us from the North or South a breeze!

Absolutely, our demo and training rooms have been purpose built for this! Our printers are able to be seen up-close and personal. Due to Covid-19, we would request that you call us prior to visiting for an appointment. We are also happy to do online demos for you, just contact us and we can set that up.

We can accept cake for payment, but this must be pre-authorised by the Director of Beancounting. Otherwise, You can pay for products using a debit card, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro.
