Stuart founded The Car Expert in 2011. Originally from Australia, he spent a decade in automotive retail, and now works tirelessly to help car buyers.
You'll often hear him popping up across the BBC and other media outlets with expert opinion on car buying and the latest car industry topics.
Stuart is also a member of the Finance & Leasing Association's Stakeholder Advisory Panel, providing the finance industry with consumer perspectives on car finance issues.

Lee has an extensive and successful digital platform growth history. He has founded, fast-tracked and worked on M&A in marketplaces around the world with brands for 20 years with brands including Auto Trader and PistonHeads.
He now advises boards and invests in start-ups in future marketplaces, recently enabling the successful acquisition and reboot of PistonHeads.com for global auto marketplace leader CarGurus.com.

John is Vice-President of the Guild of Motoring Writers, with over 40 years’ experience in automotive media.
He has previously been Motoring Editor for the Daily Express, Editor for Company Car and Business Editor for Motor Transport, among many other roles.

Andrew is a member of the Guild of Motoring Writers, and has had senior writing and editing roles at many magazines, including Car & Van News, Fast Car, Top Car, Super Touring (which he founded), Touring Car Worldwide, Classics, Retro and Carbuyer.

Experienced across online, print and video, Cat also covers general automotive news and wider subjects, such as environmental, travel and sustainability news, reviews and features for a number of national titles and well-recognised specialist publications.

Tom was the first-ever reporter on national motoring magazine Auto Express, before going onto become News Editor and Assistant Editor. He has also been Motoring Correspondent for the Daily Star and contributor to the Daily and Sunday Express.

John began working for a motor industry consultancy in 1988 before moving into automotive journalism in 1990. Freelance since 2001. Chairman of the UK-based Guild of Motoring Writers in 2006-7.

Sean is a content editor at The Car Expert. A enthusiastic fan of motorsport and all things automotive, he is accredited by the Professional Publishers Association, and is now focused on helping those in car-buying need with independent and impartial advice.
